Suspended Credit Card Sculpture
Location: Austin, TX
Client: 3D Identity | Gensler
Scope: 3D Identity designed this sculpture as a creative interpretation of consumer culture and financial themes. To construct this we cut cable at various lengths and mounted hundreds of blank cards using button stops, then suspended the cables from the ceiling.
This striking design makes for a memorable focal point. Using structural engineering, and meticulous craftsmanship a gravity-defying work of art like this can transform a space.
